We’ve long believed that eating can be tasty and healthy! And we recently caught the eye of a publisher that featured us in an article.
There is no greater honor than to have others appreciate the mission we’re committed to. Staten Island Live recently did a profile on our restaurant and executive chef, Rob Bromberg. During an interview, Rob explained:
“This never affected me before, but about three years ago I went into kidney failure,” he said. “It was very short lived, and my kidney ended up repairing itself. However, my diet and lifestyle had to change. I had to watch everything that went into my body, including salt. I started to develop and cook foods that were not only healthy for me, but that tasted good.”
