Our Executive chef Robert Bromberg is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has been in this field for over 20 years. He started his career in the private sector cooking for some of the biggest celebrities. Using the same skills back then that we are utilizing in Nature’s Eatery today. Chef Bromberg owned several restaurants, the latest in Hoboken New Jersey. He has been featured on Good Morning America and the Food Network. “Being in this industry for so long I have developed relationships with local farms and farmers alike. I have established strong bonds with local distributors and know exactly where my food is coming from, how the produce is grown, and the livestock were cared for” says chef Bromberg
